About this role
**Key requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. * Proven working experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with at least [4] years' experience * Proficiency in quantity take-off software and cost estimation tools. * Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and negotiation abilities. * Proficient in project management and cost control software. * Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. * Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Candidates with Mandarin proficiency will be plus point as there will be dealings and requirement to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. * Must be willing to be based in working location - **Sungai Petani, Kedah**.
