About this role
We are seeking a dedicated Section Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional retail experience. ### Responsibilities 1. **Team Supervision & Leadership** * Supervise and lead team members to ensure efficient operations, staff development, and alignment with store goals. 2. **Monitor and Support Team Performance** * Monitor team performance, support development, and foster a positive, motivated work environment. 3. **Customer Service Excellence** * Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging customers, resolving issues, and promoting a customer-first culture. 4. **Sales & Performance Management** * Drive sales performance by achieving targets, promoting products, and supporting team success in meeting KPIs. 5. **Inventory Management** * Manage inventory effectively by maintaining stock levels, conducting checks, and supporting replenishment processes. 6. **Store Operations & Safety** * Support daily store operations by ensuring compliance with procedures, cleanliness, and safety standards. ### Qualifications / Skills Needed * Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a retail management role, with a proven ability to lead teams, achieve sales targets, and oversee store operations. * Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff. * Excellent customer service skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. * Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Solid knowledge of inventory management and retail store operations. * Ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately and responsibly. * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a positive attitude. * Strong attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
