About this role
Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for optimizing machine efficiency and productivity. * To monitor the production planning schedule in order to meet the delivery date. * To monitor and control machine downtime and reduce machine breakdown time. * To arrange and organize manpower and material required for production. * To have meeting and briefing with other supporting parties to ensure no breakdown in production. * To prepare report and monitor for improvement. 2. To monitor the yield loss and carry out improvement * To ensure the quality of the product meet the standard. * To monitor the customer complaint and carry out improvement action. * To ensure and enforce the utilization of SOP and specified specification. * To reduce production setting yield loss and rework item. 3. Responsible for people management * To ensure safety of the worker are being taken care of. * To monitor and control the annual leave, medical leave, attandance and lateness of worker. * To provide necessary on job training and briefing for worker. 4. Responsible on the cleanliness and tidy up of work area * To clean and tidy up the work area. * To tidy-up all the parts in proper storage. Benefits : 1. This is a permanent role. 2. Uniform / Safety Shoe provided Requirements : * Degree or Diploma of Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronic. * Must have 1-2 years of experience in similar industry (pipe mills). * Must have a willingness to learn. * Logic and attention to detail.
