About this role

Responsibilities : 1. Mainly to achieve KPI as agreed. 2. Visit customer on daily basis to build good business relationship. 3. Secure orders from customer based on pricing guideline by the management. 4. Support and assist sales executive on daily sales function. 5. Plan for business growth and execute the plan after approval from the management. 6. Market Prestar as the leading brand in highway guardrail and handrail in Sarawak. 7. Strategize plan to grow Prestar market share in highway and maintenance project. 8. Ensure good collection and manage healthy debtor aging based on company's guidelines. 9. Identify opportunity for company to grow in terms of customer segment, new project launched. 10. Provide weekly report to the management with customer visitation, discussion details and update. 11. Maintain a good working relationship with all Prestar employees through good communication. 12. Seek help and support from the management when required. 13. To highlight any irregularities, problems, weakness and recommendations for improvement. 14. To exercise any discretion on Company’s information and safeguard Company's interest at all times. 15. Any other duties including from any departments and/or others subsidiaries or associate companies that may be assigned to you from time to time. Benefits : 1. Group insurance coverage. 1. Requirements : * Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Engineering or related. * Min 10 years sales experience. * Proven track record of sales in Building Materials. * Proven track record in managing sales team. * Knowledgeable in infrastructure segment of construction market/ have experience working with concrete/ steel/ aggregates/ construction trading house/ concrete piles/ precast etc . * Proven working experience with JKR Sarawak, infrastructure contractors in Sarawak, and familiar with constructions market in Sarawak and Sabah. * Excellent communication, sales and presentation skills. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suites. * Exceptional leadership skills to mentor and develop others. * Self-motivated, discipline, strategic thinking, looking for business-growth. * Able to systematically plan yearly activity vs achievement.
