About this role
We are seeking an experienced engineer with a background in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing engineering and at least three years of hands‑on experience in equipment assembly, production engineering, or NPI. The ideal candidate is skilled in reading technical drawings and BOMs, proficient with mechanical assembly and troubleshooting, familiar with NCR/CAPA processes, and able to coordinate effectively with cross‑functional teams and suppliers. Key responsibilities include managing materials and ERP tasks, performing incoming quality checks, leading assembly and testing activities, resolving technical issues, supporting production and on‑site installations, ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards, sustaining equipment performance, managing suppliers, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturability and productivity.
