About this role

*Key Responsibilities* * Recruitment: Respond to recruitment needs by working with department heads and supervisors, source candidates based on skills & experience, maintain talent pools for sourcing, qualify and screen candidates, and deliver business’ needs for talent. * Data analysis: Work with HR data, analyze trends, ensure accuracy of HR records. * Onboarding: Welcome and process new employees. * Deliver training: Run workshops & briefings on HR policies, procedures and systems. * Offboarding: Process departing employees upon resignation, retirement, other cases. * Support payroll: Facilitate verifications and payments. *Qualifications & requirements* * Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or any field. * Experience: 1-3 years relevant experience. Fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply. * Computing skills: Need to be good with the Internet, Google, ChatGPT, computers, Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Canva (have watched tonnes of Youtube videos, taken Udemy courses, or other learning methods for self-improvement).
