About this role
* Responsible to be in charge of foreign workers’ hostel. * Preparing foreign workers accommodation including arranging and installing basic necessities. * To monitor overall movement of hostel and seeks to maintain the fair and safe operation at all times. * To do inspections of the hostel facilities and accommodation and fill in checklist identifying any hostel damages and repaired required. * Patrolling and doing day to day spot check and reporting any disciplinary issue and misbehaviours. * To update hostel items and facilities inventory record. * To attend to any emergency case happens at hostel or workplace during morning or night time. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling foreign workers. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu. * Able to handle multiple tasks at one time. * Willingness to work long hours/ during night time when necessary. * Must be computer literate in Microsoft Office applications. * Candidates must be mature and able to work independently. * Possess own transport. * Able to start work immediately.
