About this role
We are seeking candidates with an Engineering degree, strong technical and product knowledge, experience in solution design and consulting, and the ability to deliver clear technical demonstrations and documentation. The role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and preferably fluency in Mandarin as you will be supporting Mandarin‑speaking customers. Key responsibilities include providing pre‑sales technical support, designing customized solutions, managing customer relationships, supporting sales closures, preparing proposals and reports, staying updated on market trends, and collaborating effectively with the team, with some travel required.
