About this role

JOB DESCRIPTION * Responsible in preparation of administrative documentation, record and prepare Minutes of Meeting in a timely and accurate manner. * Site visit to ensure site progress being achieved on time. * Attend regular CCM (Client Consultant Meeting) * Attend Subcon Tender Interview * Able to work independently and perform well under tight deadlines. * Assist with any other assignments as and when required by Executive Director. REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Administrative Management / Quantity Surveying or equivalent. * At least 2 – 3 years of working experience in the related field. * Those without pre-requisite qualification but with vast working experience in the related field are encouraged to apply. * Fluent in oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin & write will be an added advantage.
