About this role
Responsibilities * Provide and manage day-to-day IT operations, including administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), and end-user devices. * Provide ERP system support, troubleshooting and root cause analysis. * Assist in system enhancements, including scripting and basic programming tasks (Eg: reports customization). * Support IT implementation projects, server upgrades, and ongoing administration. * Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned. Company: **Pantech Corporation Sdn Bhd** Location: **Pasir Gudang, Johor** Education: **Diploma, Bachelor degree/ Higher Diploma in Computer Science/ Business Computing/ IT / or equivalent** Requirements * Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Database Administration, or related field. * Knowledge in Server Administration (including Active Directory), Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), Firewall and Network infrastructure. * Experience in ERP systems support, Visual Basic, database (mySQL, Microsoft SQL) administration is an added advantage. * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently. * Good communication skills and ability to interact with users at all levels. * Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in IT support or system administration. * Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an added advantage). * Applicants must be willing to work in Pasir Gudang and able to travel. * Full-Time position(s) available.
