About this role
Requirements: * Possess Degree in marketing and/or related discipline. * Minimum 5 years working experience in managerial and/or supervisory position in a property related industry. * Able to plan, develop, coordinate and implement sound marketing programs and strategies to meet company’s goals and objectives. * Possess drive, maturity and able to oversee all aspects of sales & marketing activities. * Computer knowledge is essential. * Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and can work independently. * Candidate without the necessary qualifications but possess relevant working experience can be considered.
