About this role
* Drive sales for residential and commercial developments across Kuantan * Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement * Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations * Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management * Coordinate with legal and finance teams on SPA documentation ## Requirements * Minimum 3 years experience in property sales * Diploma or Degree in any related field * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Valid driving licence and own transport * Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English * Apply by 31 May 2025
