About this role

Provide senior operational support in settlement, transaction processing, and chargeback activities for Issuing and Acquiring card businesses. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of card settlements, dispute resolution, suspense monitoring, and regulatory reporting, while supporting managers in maintaining strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and operational stability. **Responsibilities** • Oversee daily MasterCard/Visa settlement cycles and validate all postings. • Reconcile scheme payments (e.g., Visa Personal Payments) accurately and timely. • Investigate dispute cases and verify transaction details. • Process chargebacks/representments. • Liaise with schemes, merchants, and processors. • Review unsettled/exception items and follow-up with stakeholders. • Maintain documentation and ageing analysis. • Validate merchant instalment files and refunds. • Coordinate with merchants on discrepancies. • Compile MasterCard quarterly reports, credit card utilisation data. • Validate data accuracy across systems. • Maintain documentation for settlement, disputes, suspense management. • Support IA, EY, Compliance and regulatory reviews. • Implement corrective actions. • Identify manual processes for optimization. • Work with Cards Tech/RPA teams toa utomate workflows. • Update SOPs and process documents. • Coach staff on dispute rules, reconciliation logic, reporting. • Support knowledge transfer and SOP updates. **Requirements**  At least 3 years’ experience in Visa & MasterCard dispute resolution process.  Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.  Possess a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.  Problem solving skills with focus on process improvement
