About this role

ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT – REINSURANCE & CLAIMS Responsibilities: Assist Superior in various reinsurance accounting functions, main responsibilities includes: * prepare monthly aging receivable reports * reconciliation of premium and claims statement of accounts * passing journal entries and issuing of payment vouchers. * processing of claims debit/credits notes, and various technical statement of accounts for submissions * correspondence/liaise with Reinsurers for any outstanding due * other ad-hoc tasks as & when required Requirements: * Possess at least a LCCI/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Accounting or equivalent * Preferably with relevant work experience * Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words
