About this role
Responsibilities: * In charge of Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) and related issues * Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics * Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures * Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation * Initiate and organize OHS training of employees * Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity; stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy * Record and investigate incidents to determine causes * Prepare safety reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management Requirements: * Possess Diploma / Degree in Safety or relevant field * At least 3 years relevant working experience at manufacturing sector * Registered as Safety and Health Officer with DOSH (Greenbook holder) * Good interpersonal skills * Good command of spoken and written English/BM with good communication skills
