About this role
To manage credit control processes and provide administrative support to the Sales Team, ensuring efficient operations, timely collection, accurate reporting, and effective customer account management in line with company policies and procedures. **JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES** 1. Oversee the credit management process, including credit approvals, credit limit reviews, and debt collection. 2. Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, and generating sales reports. 3. Liaise with customers to address any credit-related inquiries or issues. 4. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and other accounting-related tasks. 5. Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit and sales-related activities. 7. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
