About this role
The Head of Marketing Strategy & Communications will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to amplify the brand presence and drive engagement across digital and traditional channels. The role involves orchestrating digital marketing initiatives, influencer partnerships, social media content creation, PR campaigns, and marketing campaign measurement. A talented team will be overseen, guiding them in aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs, ensuring brand consistency, and maximizing ROI. **Responsibilities** • Develop, refine, and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. • Design Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies and optimize ad budgets for maximum ROI across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) by developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. • Set clear objectives and KPIs for digital marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization. Monitor brand sentiment and social engagement through data analysis. • Research, evaluate, and collaborate with social influencers aligned with the brand's target demographic. Establish clear objectives and KPIs for campaigns. • Identify and engage with social media influencers including terms & conditions, messaging direction as well as monitor and measure campaign effectiveness through key metrics. • Curate engaging content for social media platforms, including website content in English and Khmer. Develop content calendars aligned with the customer journey and manage multimedia assets for timely updates across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, etc. • Define content topics, formats, and distribution channels. Produce high-quality written content and curate dynamic, analytics-driven content. • Offer creative guidance to shape the overall visual and conceptual direction for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging. • Devise and implement PR strategies and campaigns, including managing external and corporate communications, crisis communication plans, and protocols. • Collaborate with business units for product launches and drive sales through marketing campaign initiatives. • Lead the creation of the organization's Annual Report and other corporate communication materials. • Work closely with business units for targeted/persona marketing, product rollouts, manage advertisement & publicity budgets, and generate insightful reports for performance analysis. **Requirements** • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. • Proven experiences in strategic marketing, communications, or related roles, with a track record of successful campaign execution. • Expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, content creation, and PR strategies. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. • Proficiency in data analysis tools and generating actionable insights from campaign performance metrics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strategic mindset towards storytelling and brand narrative development.
