About this role
* Employ effective planning strategies to ensure timely completion of all project milestones and deliverables. * Efficiently allocate resources, including machinery, KSK and subcon to optimize project productivity and ensure smooth project execution. * Implement appropriate construction methods to ensure project efficiency and quality. * Develop and manage financial and cash flow plans to support project objectives, ensuring effective budget allocation and resource utilization. * Alert on contract-related matters to uphold project integrity and avoid unnecessary costing. * Possess a thorough understanding of EOT applications, including the necessary notices and letters required to be issued to clients / subcons / other relevant parties. * Thoroughly review claims for V.O to ensure accuracy and adherence to project requirements. * Effectively manage comprehensive control over project costs and budgets to optimize resource utilization and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. * Handle monthly claims from subcons and clients. Job Requirement * A Diploma / bachelor's degree with preferred fields including civil engineering or construction related fields. * At least 8 years of relevant working experience in construction building. * Excellent communication skills to build rapport with team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. * Strong leadership and time management skills are essential to effectively manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. * Understanding various project management methodologies, also beneficial.
