About this role
Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * To achieve monthly or annual sales target * To make sure payment to be collect on time * Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests. * Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teaching improved processes; mentoring team members. * Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options. * Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions. * Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements. * Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors and share with internal teams’ member. * Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information. * Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. * Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. * Forecasting the stock to avoid shortage * Create frequent reviews and report with sales **Skills Required:** * Confidence, self motivated * Excellent interpersonal skills * Preseverence * Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques * Fast learner and passion for sales * Prospecting skills **Qualifications:** * Must possess at least a Diploma in Business/ Marketing or equivalent. * Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
