About this role
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism. - Conduct eyes refraction professionally, ensuring accuracy of prescription and appropriateness of prescription according to patients’ lifestyle, adaptation and requirements. - Assist in choosing suitable eyewear and educating customers about eyewear. - Use professional knowledge and skills to assist sales team improving sales and to meet annual business targets. - Other duties which assigned by The Company. Requirements: - Possess a FBDO or similar qualifications and registered with Malaysia Optic Council. - Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred. - No work experience required (Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply). - Fluent in English, Malay, and any additional language would be an added advantage.
