About this role
*Requirements:* * Degree in Civil/Structural engineering or Equivalent qualification * At least 15 years working experience in related field * Experience in managing major construction works *Responsibilities:* * Responsible for overall effective implementation and successful completion of construction projects undertaken by the Group within schedule, cost and quality. * Involved in policy making decisions and setting up overall project and other planning proposals of the Company or the group for the Group Managing Director and Board’s considerations. * Review all work in process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, building codes and company standards. * Effectively manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.
