About this role
Requirements: * Possess Degree in marketing and/or related discipline. * Minimum 3 – 5 years working experience in a property related industry. * Knowledge in IFCA & HIMS is an added advantage. * Able to develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for sales of properties. * Possess drive, maturity and able to oversee all aspects of sales & marketing activities. * Possess strong interpersonal, analytical, communication skills and can work independently. * Candidate without the necessary qualifications but possess relevant working experience can be considered.
