About this role
We are seeking a customer‑focused individual with a degree in business, marketing, communications, engineering, or a related field, with strong CRM proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, multilingual (Mandarin or Korean preferred), and capable of identifying sales opportunities and supporting technical solution discussions. Key responsibilities include developing account strategies, analyzing customer needs, preparing proposals with technical teams, identifying upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, staying updated on industry trends, and maintaining accurate CRM records to drive account growth and customer retention.
