About this role
* Responsible in implementation and compliance of the Human Resource policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the company. * Responsible in HR related activities including employees’ training and development, employees’ induction program, employees’ welfare, employees’ discipline, domestic inquiry etc. * Responsible to handle foreign workers affairs (e.g. hostel’s management, work permit renewal, passport renewal, foreign workers’ welfare and discipline). * To in charge of recruitment activities (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and etc.) * In charge of monitoring and keeping records on Insurance Policy matters including the issuance of cover notes for new vehicles and renewal of policies. * Responsible for the renewal of road tax, inspection and insurance of all company vehicles. * Responsible for the arrangement of payment of quit rents and assessment for all properties of the company including monitoring and maintaining those records. * Liaising with all Government Departments in the matter of application and renewal of certificates annually and periodically (e.g. JKKP, DOE, KPDN, APAD & etc). * To perform any tasks as assigned by Superior. * Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies Management or equivalent. * At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Melayu. * Able to handle multiple tasks at one time. * Able to work under tight deadline. * Able to work independently with minimum supervision. * Able to start work immediately.
