About this role

To deliver Global Markets solutions (FX, Rates, MM, Structured Products) to corporate, SME, and institutional clients. The Sales Dealer owns revenue generation through pricing, marketing, client coverage, and cross-selling. The role is responsible for managing client relationships, executing trades, ensuring high service quality, and supporting GM’s growth agenda while complying with regulatory and internal governance requirements. **Responsibilities** 1. Commercial & Revenue Responsibilities: • Generate revenue by pricing and executing FX spot, forward, swaps, MM, IRS, and GM structured products. • Manage a portfolio of assigned clients and deepen wallet share. • Identify opportunities for hedging, treasury solutions, and product cross-sales. • Provide firm/executable quotes within approved pricing discretion and risk parameters. • Drive client acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. 2. Client Coverage & Relationship Management: • Act as primary point of contact for corporate, SME, and FI clients for all GM needs. • Deliver proactive market updates, trade ideas, and solutions tailored to client risk appetite. • Work closely with Relationship Managers to jointly pitch treasury solutions. • Conduct client visits and virtual engagements to understand business flows, hedging needs, and risks. • Maintain up-to-date client profiles, contact history, pricing logs, and sales call reports. 3. Trade Execution & Product Delivery: • Quote and execute client trades accurately and promptly. • Ensure proper booking, documentation, settlement instruction, and confirmation. • Work with traders to manage hedging and risk transfer efficiently. • Prepare product illustrations, term sheets, and pricing run-throughs for structured deposits/solutions. • Monitor post-trade performance and address any issues. 4. Market Intelligence & Advisory: • Produce daily market commentaries, indicative pricing and distribute to client portfolios. • Track FX/rates moves, macroeconomic releases, and client impact. • Develop hedging strategies aligned with market conditions and client exposures. • Analyze client trading patterns, flows, and revenue contributions. 5. Risk, Compliance & Controls: • Ensure all pricing, trades, and communications adhere to internal policies, NBC/BNM/SERC guidelines, and regulatory standards. • Perform KYC, suitability, appropriateness checks, and product disclosure for clients • Monitor limit utilization (counterparty, tenor, settlement, product risk). • Maintain zero tolerance for misselling. • Participate in audits, regulatory reviews, and internal control enhancements. 6. Internal Collaboration & Coordination • Work closely with: o Traders (FX/Rates) for hedging, liquidity, and pricing support o Relationship Managers for client strategies o Middle Office / Back Office for operational smoothness o Product team / Structuring for new offerings • Provide feedback to GM management on product gaps, client demand, and market environment. **Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related discipline • Prior experience in Global Markets or Wealth Corporate Banking preferred • Treasury certification, or derivatives qualification is an advantage • Strong understanding of FX, MM, and Rates products • Pricing knowledge (spot, forward, swap, NDF, IRS) • Familiar with Bloomberg/Refinitiv and internal pricing tools • Ability to analyze market movements and client exposures • Understanding of risk metrics (VAR, PV01, settlement risk) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • High integrity and professionalism • Proactive commercial mindset • Strong teamwork with Trading and RMs • Analytical and detail-oriented • Resilient in volatile market environments
