About this role
Job Requirement * A recognized Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or its equivalent * Good communication and technical reporting skills. * Proactive and willing to learn attitude. * Self-motivated and able to work independently. * Possess good numerical skills, sharp analytical thinking. * Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Construction Project Work location: Puchong, Selangor. Job Responsibilities * Examine the contract documents and drawings for any discrepancy and potential claims throughout project execution. * Assist M&E Manager Manager in Main Contractor and Subcontract implementation and interpretation of contract terms, discrepancies between BQ/drawings/specifications etc. * Assists in the tender process from the pre‐qualification stage through to the final bid submission, award of contract and engagement close out. * Assist the M&E Manager in preparing the M&E Subcontract Progress Certificates, and finalizing M&E Subcontracts and Variation Orders during project implementations. * Assist the M&E Manager in preparing the Main Contract M&E Claims, and finalizing the Main Contract and Variation Orders for M&E work with the client and consultants. * Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
