About this role

To handle preparation of the monthly financial accounts and be ready by mid of each month. To handle preparation of the yearly financial accounts for the yearly audit purpose. To manage timely monthly scheduled and ad-hoc billing and invoicing. To manage the movement of cash collection i.e. saved inside safe and/or bank in. To be responsible for the collections of maintenance payment and issuing of receipts. To build a good rapport with owners in order to deliver efficient management services. To assist in other ad-hoc tasks which assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time.
