About this role
Our Contracts Executives primarily assist Contracts Managers in carrying out pre and post contract administration for our projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assisting to prepare tender and contract documents, as well as contract administration * Preparing BQ for alternative designs and proposals for tender submissions * Evaluating tenders and quotations by sub-contractors and suppliers * Preparing submission documents for contractual claims * Monitoring material usage and site wastages * Attending to claims disputes, variation works and final accounts * Take-off quantities and preparing cost estimates and budgets **Requirements:** * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering (Civil) or equivalent * Minimum 2 years relevant working experience * Basic knowledge in methods of measurement and contractual matters * IT-proficient * Good oral and written communication skills
