About this role

* To be responsible to lead or participate in pursuit of business through pre-sales and project; helping to win and manage more clients and projects; * To be responsible for overall management of projects; to develop project plans and ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are on budget, on-time and on-scope constraints, and that the projects adhere and comply with Project Management Professional (PMP) methodology and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI); * To understanding the business requirements in order to define project scope, deliverables and delivery commitments. Develop Statements of Work as needed; * To drive project activities against plans, and develop and manage project status documentation and communications; * To manage the scope of work, objectives, quality of deliverables, and other project management activities; * To monitor project status by tracking and reporting, continuously assess project risk factors and recommend appropriate course of action to mitigate; * To facilitate collaboration across the organization and disparate functions; * To manage and prioritize projects using project planning techniques and software through all phases of the project life cycle; * To motivate the team members with broad knowledge of information technology and software development and the ability to understand complex business requirements quickly; * To provide effective leadership to the project team and ensure that the team members are motivated to create and deliver successfully results to client satisfaction; * To manage internal and external expectations, handling the customer communication, planning the projects, monitoring the Profit & Loss, managing resources via matrix management, managing concerns, risks and issues associated with projects and reporting to senior management; * To ensure adherence to legally binding requirements; * To be responsible to manage several concurrent projects; * Perform any function/responsibility that may assigned by the Management from time to time.
