About this role
Responsibilities: * Ensuring plant operations, systems and practices are complied with procedures and work instructions, as well as company goals. * Ensuring production, raw material, schedule, output, downtime and quality discrepancy are in compliance with orders, requirements and targets. * Overall in charge of the department. * Oversee daily operation of all machines. * Promote safety awareness and practices which comply with safety rules and regulations. * To perform any assignment from superior time to time. Requirement: * Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any related field * Fresh graduates encouraged to apply * Highly motivated, results oriented and a self starter with ability to manage, supervise * Possess good communication & interpersonal skills with sound related technical knowledge * Able to communicate with all levels of staff and workers * Basic knowledge in handling crane are required
