About this role
Responsibilities: * Responsible to manage delivery of goods to customer. * Responsible to execute logistic tasks within stated guidelines and policies * Coordinating with relevant parties such as Sales Dept, Warehouse and External Transporters to resolve deliveries related matters * Efficient transport planning and ensure orders are delivered in a timely manner. * Manage customer billing & coordinate with finance. * Monitor and track all deliveries and trucks via GPS * Undertake physical inspection of vehicle * Coordinate with panel workshops for breakdown and maintenance related matters and hands-on if the need arises. * Technical knowledge of truck is an advantage. * Liaise with local government agencies such as JPJ, APAD & PDRM for matters related to Permits, Roadtax and Summons * Arrange documents for inspections, registering and transfer of ownership at PUSPAKOM & JPJ. * Maintain transport record including driver’s license, GDL, maintenance and I-Cop requirements. * To perform any assignment from superior from time to time. Requirement: * Minimum SPM and above * At least 1 year working experience * Must be able to read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia * Able to communicate with people at all levels * Computer literate
