About this role
* Spearheading domestic sales and marketing effort to achieve management objective. * Developing domestic business and market through distribution and trade promotion. * Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives. * Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets. * Planning and formulating sales strategy and promotion activity. * Analyzing market activity to reform sales strategy. * Negotiating with trade partner for favorable trading conditions and terms. * Control and maintaining promotion fund spending based on budget. * Lead and motivate team members to deliver the desire result and quality service to customers. * Communicate and guide team members to achieve Top Management’s direction and objective. * Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports. * Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products. * Attending to domestic sales and marketing issues and problems. * Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance. * Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty. * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field. * A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. * In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices. * Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines. * Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. * Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
