About this role
* Develop sales lead, drive business growth and meet quarterly set sales targets through strategic account management and project sales initiatives. * Lead and manage the sales and marketing team to market out Card Access System, Speed Gate & Turnstile System, People Screening Solution (X Ray Machine, Walk Through Metal Detector), Fence Intrusion Detection System (FIDS). * Responsible for the quarterly quota business growth of channel sales. Work closely with the channel partners and pre-sales to achieve the target. * Provide customer service, manage and resolve customer complaints. * Conduct trainings, seminars and presentations to the customers. * To develop relationships and business potential with new and existing customers. * Collaborate in project management, site visit and communicating effectively with clients. * Prepare technical proposals and quotation.
