About this role
* Oversee structural design and analysis for residential and commercial projects * Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors on site * Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and building codes * Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports * Monitor construction progress and resolve on-site technical issues ## Requirements * Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (accredited by BEM) * Minimum 4 years experience in property development * Registered Graduate Engineer or Professional Engineer preferred * Proficient in AutoCAD, StaadPro, or similar software * Strong problem-solving and project management abilities * Apply by 31 May 2025
