Are you into high speed designs? Passionate about signal integrity and high speed interfaces like PCIe and DDR? We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has passion in digital hardware design and architecture, and a heart for new technology standards. You will be designing and developing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and Test Measuring Instruments (T&MI) for semiconductor testing. Together, we will transform ideas into a reality. ###### Here’s where you come in: As an R&D Digital Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for the following areas: * Digital and FPGA system design * Memory interfaces (DDR3/4, SPI flash) * High speed interfaces (PCIe, MIPI, Ethernet, USB, Thunderbolt) * Signal integrity characterization * Timing analysis * Digital circuit validation With input and feedback from the Sales & Marketing team, you will lead the design process from the beginning until the end. You will work with a team of highly-skilled engineers to generate innovative ideas and solutions to meet the requirements. Your role also includes sharing your expertise with your fellow Applications Engineer colleagues by providing training for development support. ###### Requirements: * Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent, with at least 8 years of experience in Hardware product development * Candidate who has passion in Digital hardware board level design and proficient in High Speed interfaces such as PCIe and DDR * Strong knowledge in hardware development flow from schematic entry, PCB layout, signal integrity analysis, to design verification and validation * Experienced in Mentor Graphics/PADS & HyperLynx design flow is a huge advantage * Experienced in FPGA development (Verilog) and familiarity with Intel Quartus or Xilinx Vivado tools are a plus * Experienced working in a semiconductor test environment is an added advantage * Optimistic, strong interpersonal skills, creative, self-motivated and meticulous * Candidates should be Malaysian Citizens.
