About this role
· **Stock Management:** Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders. · **Inventory Tracking:** Monitor stock levels, track goods movement, and maintain up-to-date records in ERP systems or spreadsheets. · **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate inventory records for management and compliance purposes. · **Inventory Audits:** Conduct regular cycle counts and physical audits to verify stock accuracy. · **Discrepancy Resolution:** Investigate and resolve variances between physical counts and system records. · **Logistics Coordination:** Oversee product storage and distribution to ensure items are available in the right place at the right time. · **Reporting:** Generate inventory reports on stock levels, turnover, and performance metrics. · **Supplier Communication:** Liaise with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, and discrepancies. · **Loss Prevention:** Implement practices to reduce inventory loss due to damage, expiry, or theft. · **Keep Cleaning and Hygiene:** Ensure and monitor warehouse cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with company policies and safety standards**.** · **Any Other hoc Assign by Superior**
