About this role
Job Responsibilities: 1. Work directly with the team to drive continuous improvement and propose methods to achieve goals (save time, increase capacity, reduce human errors etc) based on a structured and system-based continuous data analysis process. 2. Analyze, improve, and manage processes within Sales and Operations, incorporating information and input from other departments. Analyze problems and implement appropriate countermeasures and solutions. 3. Strong attention to detail with ability to produce accurate and quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. 4. Highly developed reasoning capabilities, analytical and problem solving skills with proven ability to break down strategic problems. 5. Involve in production Work Order Sheet (WOS) write-up and production planning. 6. Maximize material usage by developing efficient processes and minimizing waste. 7. Optimize machine capacity and utilization by effectively scheduling and coordinating production activities. 8. Monitor progress and performance against plans, making adjustments as necessary to meet objectives and deadline. 9. Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time. Job Requirements: 1. Minimum of diploma in Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. 3. Strong problem-solving skills, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Must be a strong team player with ability to analyse and focus on daily results. 5. Desired skills: data analysis tools such as Power BI, coding language such as SQL.
