About this role
We are looking for a high potential candidate with strong business acumen to unleash high potential at Tri-Mode System (M) Berhad, starting as Sales Manager. This is no ordinary job. Our people from all different backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results and outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: * Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales, * To grasp and be versatile and effective to promote company’s wide range of logistics services, * Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecast to the management. * Build strong customer relationship through excellent customer service, * To track, monitor and analyze sales trend in order to maximize sales opportunities and achieve desired sales results * To perform any additional duties assigned by the management or superior as at necessary. Requirements: * Minimum Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Logistics. * Possess at least 5 years’ sales experience in a related industries. * Experience in the field of Logistics, Shipping & Forwarding preferred. * Self-motivated and driven with proactive attitude. * Possess strong market knowledge as well as excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. * Proficient/ excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
