About this role
Responsibilities: * To perform visual inspection, dimensional verification and validation test on incoming, in process and outgoing activities * To complete inspection reports and documents as per Quality Management System requirement * To initiate non-conformance reports on parts that do not meet requirements * To prepare specimen for testing purposes * Understanding the requirement of MS ISO/IEC 17025/ISO 9001 * To perform any assignment from superior time to time. Requirement: * Minimum STPM or Vocational / Technical Certificate in Metal Engineering * Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in quality control * Capable of using dimensional measuring instruments such as micrometer, caliper, profile projector, indicator etc. * Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia * Well-versed in MS Office applications * Knowledge of ISO 9001 or MS ISO/IEC 17025 * A team player and willing to work on 2 rotating shifts * Flexible attitude towards work and an eagerness to learn new skills
