About this role
**Job Responsibilities** * Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and processes to ensure product conformity. * Establish quality standards and specifications for raw materials, in-process production, and finished products. * Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify deviations from quality standards. * Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. * Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products to verify adherence to specifications. * Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues in real-time. * Investigate non-conformities and work with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Maintain accurate records of inspection and test results, including documentation of deviations and corrective actions taken. * Prepare quality documentation such as inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and quality metrics. * Communicate quality issues and trends to management and relevant stakeholders. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and support as needed. **Job Requirements** * Degree in Engineering or equivalent. * At least 3 years working experience in QAQC activities for construction works. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Independent, resourceful and able to work under minimal supervision. * Highly motivated with strong organizational and time management skills, deadline driven. * Meticulous, attention to details and high commitment to good quality and accurate work. * Implementation- Good working knowledge & QA/QC implementation. * Strong knowledge of quality management systems, QLASSIC standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001). * Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
