About this role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Executive to join our team at PLYTEC. The Production Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating all production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements. #### Responsibilities * Assist Production Manager in manage, oversee, and monitor the production activities efficiently. * Ensure process control of production processes to achieve high efficiency with optimum productivity. * Ensure resource planning including materials, manpower, and other related resource. * Responsible for upkeep and maintain of machineries and equipment. * Assist in preparing and maintaining the production record/report is up-to-date. * Supervise team members to ensure smooth daily activities. * need to know boom list, know the basic manufacturing process, can read or draw the shop drawing, and need related working experience * need to read or draw shop drawing, know basic manufacturing process, need know QC knowledge, need to use the QC tools and QC principles, need related working experience #### Qualifications * Candidates must possess at least SPM/STPM, Diploma in Production Control or equivalent; * At least 3 years working experience in production and 1 year Supervisory experience * Ability to speak in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is an advantage * Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel * Immediate vacancy
