About this role
Job Responsibilities: * Able to work on public holiday, split shift and overtime. * Provide courteous and efficient food & beverage services to the customers (greet, records orders, and serve). * Attend to customers' need promptly & professionally. * Handling complaints with positive attitude and escalate to superior. * Performing table setting, general housekeeping and cleaning duties. * Assist to oversee the club's food hygienic SOP, rules & regulations. * Have basic knowledge of food & beverage, customer service skill, safety guideline, teamwork. * Handling Point-Of-Sales (POS) systems as necessary. * To undertake any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time. Desired Qualifications: * Minimum SPM. * Minimum 1 year working experience. * Able to speak in English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin. * Good communication skill and strong interpersonal skills. * Have a pleasant and outgoing personality. * Responsible, honest and possess good problem-solving skills.
