About this role
**Responsibilities:-** * Responsible for overall construction management and to lead the project team to complete the assigned project in timely and effective manner according to Company’s requirements; * To liaise with Consultants on technical matters in relation to construction works; * To evaluate and monitor Contractor’s performance; * To attend Head of Project Meeting, Site Meeting and Client Consultant Meeting; * To monitor cash flow projections on regular basis; * To establish site management manual for implementation of project; * To ensure compliance with Occupation, Safety & Health regulation; * To develop good rapport with local authorities and neighboring residents. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Management / Architecture or any other qualifications related to building or construction industries. * At least 10 years working experience in similar capacity with exposure to high rise residential or commercial projects, housing schemes and infra works. * Has proven track record of completing the projects within budget, time frame and quality achieved. * Independent, proactive, technically competent and team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. * Possesses teamwork spirit, problem solving skills and able to work independently.
