About this role
To handle all phone calls, faxes and general emails for the department / office. To carry out daily front desk coordination matters. To assist in managing the complaint management with good customer service. To assist the Owner(s) and resolve their problems/complaints, report and follow up with the management team. To be responsible for the collections of maintenance payment and issuing of receipts. To build a good rapport with owners in order to deliver efficient management services. To coordinate with the out-source service providers (Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest control and etc.) to ensure the cleanliness of the property public areas e.g; lobbies, facilities rooms, corridors, carparks etc. To work closely with Management Team to ensure the facilities of building are well maintained. To assist in other ad-hoc tasks which assigned by Superior/Manager from time to time.
