About this role
Responsibilities: - To assist the Mill Manager in managing the overall operations of the mill. - To ensure the mill operates efficiently and effectively. - To monitor and control production processes to meet quality and quantity targets. - To manage and supervise the mill staff. - To ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in palm oil mill operations. - Strong leadership and management skills. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a team and independently.
